Sit Stay Society Big Dog Langhorne Creek Shiraz
Proudly Australian, Sit Stay Society celebrates our best companions who are always by our side, dogs. Inspired by their mighty character, Big Dog is a range of wines that honour our larger canine companions. Sigurd's Shiraz shows aromas of fresh blueberries with hints of cedar oak. Followed by lashings of red fruit flavours and a silky tannin finish.
Torbreck RunRig
Domaine Nicolas Rossignol Chevret 1er cru
Nicolas Rossignols 1er Cru Chevrets is denser and richer than many other Volnay wines, yet still displays the fine tannins and lightness of touch for which Volnay is renowned. Chevret may be a local word for creux or hollow and fittingly the vineyard is anchored on brown clay-limestone just below the premier cru of Cailleret.
Penfolds Bin 707
Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.
