This is truly one of Australia's great Rieslings, and not surprising with the myraid of brilliant examples coming out of the Great Southern region in Western Australia. The Howard Park example has pristine aromas of crisp green apple and citrus flowers and a delicate intensely flavoured palate it is a pleasure to drink now or with bottle age.

Paringa Estate Estate Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula The fruit for the Estate Chardonnay is sourced from low yielding estate vineyards, some of which are over thirty years old. Constant attention to detail in the vineyard and vine maturity produces fruit of outstanding quality. The fruit is handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and the unclarified juice is fermented in new (approx 30%) and one-year-old French oak puncheons and barriques. A classic and refined style with some citrus characters framed by bakery and subtle vanilla spice, the iconic Triolet is a classic Bordeaux Blanc blend, incorporating the three varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. It was first produced by Mount Mary in 1987. The varieties are fermented separately in barrel with complexity and palate weight gained from extended lees contact and fermentation on solids.
