Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay
Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. Maturation in French Oak gives the Bin 311 a subtle nutty savoury flavour through and through. A great all season wine for all sorts of occasions.

AMELIE & CHARLES SPARR Brand Grand Cru Riesling, Wettolsheim 2017 Another outstanding wine from the Brand Grand Cru, this is grown on granitic soils at an elevation of 380 metres. Fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then aged on fine yeats lees which imparts richness and depth. Gold yellow in colour, delicate violet and lemon aromas waft from the glass, while the dry, mineral-accented palate keeps you coming back for more.

Meursault-Blagny Cuvée du Myosotis 1er Cru Sourced from the commune of Blagny, legally classified within the confines of Meursault, this is a thrilling wine of strident length, latent power and an alloyed, ball bearing-like precision. It rolls through the mouth, staining the cheeks with riffs on apricot pith, candied lemon rind, dried mango and a toasted melody of assorted nuts. There is plenty of oak sitting on this, boding well for its procession into a long future in the cellar. A Meursault for the ages, in the hands of a master.
