Hardys Brave New World Pinot Noir

History is just the start of the story…Hardys continues to push the boundaries of what wine can be. In Brave New World we look to make blends and wines that make you rethink where we can go. Enjoy the ride! This wine has a medium ruby colour, fragrant ripe raspberries with a hint of confectionary on the nose. A palate of sweet juicy red fruits with very fine soft tannins and a good length. Drink now as made for immediate enjoyment.

Louis De Camponac Pinot Noir

Vibrant ruby red colour with notes of small red fruits, spices and vanilla. The flavour is complex yet elegant with a smooth soft finish. Slightly chilled with grilled meats and cheeses.

DML Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir

The site where we source fruit for this wine is in a slightly warmer part of the Peninsula, well suited to cooler seasons such as 2020. This wine shows denser, darker fruits than that of its Yarra counterpart. On the nose there is stewed plums, cherries, roasted beetroot and spice all contributing to the aromatic complexity. The palate again shows an array of blue fruits, licorice and well integrated oak flavours giving a hint of sweetness. The acid/tannin combination gives this wine exceptional crunch and energy through the mid palate.

Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Champagne

Subtly complex and refined, with lovely brioche, patisserie and stone fruit characters, it's perfectly balanced with gorgeous flow in the mouth, growing across the palate to a lingering, dry finish.' - 97 Points. - Age, Melbourne, 30 Oct 2012, by Ralph Kyte-Powell.

Cor Ribbe Pinot Noir

Cornelius Ribbe is a part time wine importer and part time winemaker at Paradigm Hill (Mornington Peninsula), while also making this very tasty wine.
