The Baron Samedi Spiced Rum is a carefully crafted, supernatural spirit. Made with high-quality rums from the Caribbean, the Baron Samedi includes a small amount of Jamaican pot still rum for depth of flavor. All natural spices of cocoa, cinnamon, and clove, are steeped into the rum, which is then blended with vanilla and an exotic spice from the Barons native Haiti. Bacardi Coconut rum spirit drink is made with a unique blend of BACARDI rum & natural coconut extracts to create a bold & intensely flavoured spirit. Each BACARDI flavoured rum achieves the right balance between the smooth, dry rum & intense, invigorating fruit flavour. Compared to many other flavoured spirits, BACARDI flavoured rums provide a richer, smoother base not obtainable from other base spirits. A blend of white rums provides a light base for BACARDI Coconut. The fresh fruit essences are blended with the rum base by a Maestro de Ron in individual batches.

Dos Maderas, meaning ‘two woods’ references the unusual maturation of this rum. It was initially aged in the Caribbean for 5 years before a second stint in Spain. The latter takes place at Williams & Humbert's facilities in Jerez with the rum transferred to casks that previously contained “Dos Cortados” (Palo Cortado Sherry). The final stage finishes the rum in x Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Tasting note: Brilliant amber-gold ochre dazzles in the glass. Moderate aromas of raisin and date cake, raw sugar, dark chocolate, caramel fudge and aged muscat wine, follows through to a silky, easy, graceful delivery; Flavours of liqueur muscat, raisins and honey finishing moderately viscous and medium-sweet with succulent dried fruit and caramel notes in the aftertaste. The PX makes a strong impact. Will appeal to lovers of sweet sherry. 40% Alc./Vol.
