Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum
Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.
Black Bart Spiced Rum
A moderate sweet molasses/vanilla palate with hints of well balanced spices of Cardamon, coriander, cinnamon, cloves with a slight infusion of citrus and anise. The rum is smooth, long and well balanced. Black Bart Spiced Rum is best served over ice but is equally delicious with your favouritre mixer.
Husk Distillers Spiced Bam Bam Rum
Husk Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged Australian Agricole rum, which is infused with whole native and traditional botanicals to impart all natural spices. Roasted Australian wattle seed, native ginger and sun-dried orange and mandarin peel combine with golden berries, whole Tahitian vanilla beans and cinnamon quills to create a unique spice flavour rounded and balanced with a sprinkle of local sea salt. The result is a spiced rum good enough to sip neat. We recommend sipping Spiced Bam Bam on the rocks with a slice of fresh orange. If you prefer a longer drink, try it with ginger ale, tonic water or in a variety of cocktails.
