Matured in French and American oak for 31 months, it offers well integrated aromas of sweet and toasty oak notes. Truly a well balanced palate with fine cabernet tannins and rich shiraz fruit giving a long lingering finish.

Sangiovese Rose displays soft cherry & guave aromas with hints of rhubarb. Pairing with the Ruby chocolate matches the fruity sweetness. Cabernet Sauvignon displays lifted aromas of dark cherries & chocolate with hints of black current & ripe plums. Pairing perfectly with dark chocolate, hints of light bitternessshine through on the finish.

Brut Cuvee displays aromas of each, lemon zest & citrus with hints of French pastry. Pairing with white chocolate is a textural delight followed by a cleansing finish. Shiraz displays lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry & plum with vanilla finishing. Pairing with milk chocolate brings through the fruit and savory characters marry perfectly.

This is an elegant wine, showing aromas of citrus notes, peach, lemon zest and a hint of toasty French pastry combined with a crisp clean palate of apple and stone fruit. Selected Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pino Gris fruit was carefully handled during the wine making process to preserve the bright fruit freshness.
