De Bortoli 8 Year Old Show Reserve Muscat is an award winning Muscat that has beautifully integrated coffee and fig aromas with a gentle touch of oak. The palate is concentrated and rich with beautiful fruit and oak elements. Serve on its own as an after-dinner drink or pair with a luscious fruit-cake or crème caramel.

De Bortoli have set the standard with Noble One and here's its 'little brother'. Classic botrytis characters of dried apricots and marmalade are supported by a touch of vanillin oak in this excellent dessert wine from the Riverina.

This is a unique wine made from fortified Botrytis Semillon that is aged at length in large oak barrels. Very rich with flavours of chocolate and coffee which also make it a perfect accompaniment to both of these two. Inspired by a wine made by Vittoria De Bortoli in the 1930s, Black Noble is very complex with excellent length.

Smooth and rich with a vibrant fruit character and some underlying developed complexity.

Sienna amber in colour. Aromas of caramel and rancio, dried fruits and nut. Luscious with generous caramel, chocolate and raisin flavours, developed characters from the time spent maturing contributes complexity and depth. Sacred Hill has been aged on oak and is designed for current consumption but will keep in the bottle for several years.

Bright cherry aromas on the nose, De Bortolis Windy Peak Pinot Noir is light to medium bodied with a hint of violet and juicy cherries on the palate. For more than 20 years De Bortoli have offered bottle quality wines in the convenience of a cask. Here is the Old Tawny that is deep tawny brown in colour with a nose of complex mocha and rancio. The palate has an attractive nutty flavour with a complex aged complexity.

The Pink Moscato is a light and lively bubbly with rose petal aromas and fresh strawberry flavours.

At an average age of 8 years, De Bortoli's 8 Year Old Tawny is displaying a wonderful rich and vibrant palate with underlying developed complexity. A great value example of quality fortified wine.
