Lovely pale Rosé colour. Exciting nose of peach, pomegranate and wild herb. Textural, spicy, calm, creamy, soft and very delicious.Compliments Chicken with Moroccan couscous.

Grenache is the warmer regions answer to Pinot Noir. Fruit from Northern Heathcote - gorgeous, fragrant, drinkable, medium bodied and great with food.

Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light luminous red hue. Pronounced freshly crushed cherry and strawberry aromas mix with some inky earth and spicy herb notes. Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits are interwoven with subtle inky earth and dried herb elements. Soft fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes fresh with a savoury red fruited aftertaste. De Bortoli Prosecco is sourced from Victoria's King Valley - known as Little Italy given many Italian migrants have become multi-generational winemakers in the area.
