Winemakers Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve Webber have been at the vanguard of Australia's rose revolution. This bone dry Yarra Valley Rose has lovely red berry fruit, savoury notes and can be paired with almost anything. Delicious drinking made for enjoying in the warmer months of the year.

A medium bodied wine with aromas of dark fruits and understated oak. A generous palate showing vibrant, rich fruit flavours and soft mouth-coating tannins.

Vibrant deep crimson in colour. Lifted blackberry and spice on the nose. Fresh fruit, berries and toasty vanillan oak on the palate. This De Bortoli Sacred Hill Shiraz Cabernet has soft, round tannins with good length on the finish.

Tantalisingly silky texture, De Bortoli Sacred Hill Shiraz has a delicious mouth feel. Complimented by lush red and black berries such as raspberry, plum, blueberry and cassis, the hint of peppery spice and oak gives this wine a extra lingering finish.

'DE BORTOLI'S Rococo is one of the best-value sparkling wines there's also a rosé but the blanc de blancs has a fine acidity, a creamy midpalate with biscuit notes, ripe fruit and a sweetness on the finish. It punches above its weight for the price, which means plenty of Christmas cocktails can be concocted. Lovely pale Rosé colour. Exciting nose of peach, pomegranate and wild herb. Textural, spicy, calm, creamy, soft and very delicious.Compliments Chicken with Moroccan couscous.

Luscious intense muscat, rich apricot flavours balanced with ripe fruit sweetness. Soft, round mouth feel but retaining fresh varietal character.

There is plenty of flavour here - raisins, toffee, liquorice - in this soft, smooth and sweet fortified. Satisfying and well priced.
