Towerhill Riesling 'Royalle'

The aroma is seductive, fresh with enticing lime juice, lychee and citrus blossom. This wine has a subtle power with elegant lime and floral characters coming to the fore, whilst the palate has great length, being both dry and yet mouth-filling. This is enhanced by a small proportion of the wine being matured in old French oak and the balance of the wine is reinforced by hallmark Mt Barker Riesling acidity. Suitable for cellar with a right cellaring condition.

Holm Oak Chardonnay

This is a refined and elegant cool climate Chardonnay. The nose displays aromas of citrus fruit, apricot kernel and white peach with spicy integrated oak, whilst the palate is fine and minerally. Food Pairing The rich lusciousness of this Chardonnay matches really well with full flavoured pork, and there is enough acidity in the wine to cleans the palate after eating that delicious crackling!

Distant South Tasmanian Chardonnay

With its generous aromas of lifted white pear, stone fruit, wild flowers, grilled nuts; the palate delivers a balanced tight mineral acidic line, white stone fruits and melons, supported by prominent oak barrel.

Coldstream Hills Tasmania Pinot Gris

Coldstream Hills was established in 1985 by James and Suzanne Halliday and has since grown to become one of Australia's leading and most awarded small wineries. With it's fruit sourced from cool climate Tasmanian vineyards, the wine has notes of fragrant apple blossom with ripe fruits of yellow peach and mandarin, augmented with hints of five spice. The palate is textural and generous in style, delivering ripe stone fruit and cumquat flavours held in balance by fine phenolics due to the seasoned oak maturation, that lengthen and drive the palate.
