The Ginger Kid Ginger Beer is made by two brothers, Kye and Quinn Livingstone. Quinn has a background in winemaking and uses this knowledge to make a ginger beer that is handcrafted in a similar fashion to wine. When making wine, winemakers aim to extract as much colour and flavour from the fruit as possible. This philosophy is applied to the ginger beer and the results are evident a ginger beer that tastes like a ginger beer should crisp, clean and full of strong ginger flavour!

White Rabbit White Ale delivers refreshing hints of coriander, juniper berry and bitter orange, with fresh fruity aromas and only a gentle amount of bitterness. A touch of local honey naturally conditions the Ale.

Visitors often ask “what are those old, brick towers dotted around the Island?” Chicory farming was introduced to the Island in 1870 and the kilns still stand today as a reminder of our history. Classic Irish in style, using hops and malts imported from the UK, roasted chicory was added during the brewing process. Our American-style Pale Ale combines a traditional malty backbone with an abundance of fruity piney hops. The initial hop aroma gives way to flavour of pine and citrus. 4.6% abv.
