A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Nouaison: the name means setting and is the beautiful metamorphosis stage from aromatic flower to luscious berry. Complex, intense and spicy, GVine Nouaison is for gin connoisseurs. With its bold 45.0% ABV and rich mouth feel, its the definitive base for countless classic cocktails, such as the super popular Negroni. Of course, it also provides wonderful inspiration for many new creations.

Four Pillars Navy Strength is a gin very much in the style of the Rare Dry Gin but with the volume turned up slightly beyond 11. At 58.8% ABV the gin can support some more robust and interesting botanicals, so there are three new botanicals that are both new (and fresh), including fresh turmeric and ginger. Together they have heightened the spiciness of the gin, and the turmeric in particular has added weight and a lovely earthiness to the palate. Also in the botanical basket about half the normal oranges have been replaced with some explosive native finger limes, grown in Byron Bay. They have an intensity of flavour and acid that is almost impossible to believe, and in the basket they help the gin attain super citrus notes and lovely high-toned freshness.

Floraison: the names means 'flowering' and is the key moment in the life cycle of the rare vine flower. This unique, ultra-premium gin evokes the very essence of springtime in the vineyards, when the air is filled with fragrance of blossoming vine flowers. At an elegant 40% ABV, GVine Floraison is equally enjoyed at home in a refreshing Gin & Tonic or a summer cocktail.

Bright and clear colour, with metallic glints in the border. The gin has a citric presence on the nose with fruity and juniper notes. Taste-wise, it's fresh and fruity, with vibrant citric notes and an underlying touch of lemongrass and juniper.
