Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

Monkey 47 is a complex Gin that has great balance between 47 unusual regional botanicals. It is blended with natural spring water to maintain the purity in taste. Enjoy recreating your favourite Gin cocktails with this beautiful Gin.

Ireland's most awarded Gin, Shortcross is a classical style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. Our small batch philosophy entails handpicking and sourcing the finest botanicals, we draw our own fresh water, distil on our small copper still and individually bottle, wax and label each Shortcross bottle.

Roku is Japanese for "Six" which refers to the six Japanese botanicals used. Cherry blossoms, cherry leaves, green tea (sencha), refined green tea (gyokuro), sansh pepper, and yuzu are utilized along with eight other traditional gin botanicals. Smooth and oily, the gin has a rich character as it coats the tongue. Theres a fleeting glimpse of cherry blossom and traditional notes before the tea and tannic notes take over.

Our Navy Gin is bold yet balanced, full flavoured and complex Gin based on similar botanicals as our Dry Gin with a few little tweaks. This fuller flavour Gin will bring to life any cocktail with its Navy Strength complexity, but can be enjoyed simply over ice as a sipping Gin.
