Chandon Vintage Rose
We are absolutely thrilled to bring to you the Chandon Vintage Brut Rosé, exclusive to Vintage Cellars! A beautiful blend, the pinot component adds lovely strawberry flavours to the creamy nutty characters of the chardonnay which are the hallmark of the house of Chandon. Rich salmon pink in colour, the nose delivers enticing aromas of freshly baked pastry and nougat along with spice notes and hints of cherry and ripe strawberry. The palate is dense and multi-layered with mouth-filling red berry flavours complemented by toasty characters. A beautifully structured mid-palate is supported by savoury spice and fine creamy notes. The inclusion of red pinot noir base wine in the blend provides great complexity, persistence and a sublime long, dry finish.
Deviation Road Loftia Vintage Brut
Ageing for a minimum of 24 months on lees adds complexity to the fresh citrus, red apple and spring blossom aromas. The palate is crisp with a lingering, mouth-watering finish. A persistent fine bead and creamy mousse gives extra lift to these delicious aromas and flavours. Winemaking: Different parcels of fruit are all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed separately into tank for settling. Fermentation of these small batches lasts around 12 days and in 2012 only some parcels of wine were putthrough malo-lactic ferment to soften the acidity and add complexity. Cloudy Bay Pelorus Rose Non-Vintage
Pelorus Rosé is smooth and elegant, with a pale salmon hue and brambly aromas. The nose is laden with raspberries, cranberries and wild strawberries, while red florals, rosehip and marzipan hover at the fringe. Baked quince, cranberry and brioche meet citrus notes on the palate, while its fine structure persists all the way to a soft, dry finish.
Dog Point Pinot Noir
Dog Point is responsible for some of Marlborough's best Pinot noir. This release has lifted aromas of dark cherries stone fruit and violets. The palate is rich and complex with a supple velvety texture.
Brown Brothers Patricia Pinot Chardonnay Brut
Candied fruit, straw and bready cracked-yeast characters are full and appetising to sniff. In the mouth, it's full and rich and loaded with toasty lees-age and pilot flavours, finishing nicely dry, with balanced soft acidity and plenty of verve with a sustained and satisfying finish. Mumm Central Otago Blanc de Noir
Situated 45 degrees south and influenced by the striking mountains, rivers and lakes, Central Otago experiences all four seasons. This seasonal variability combined with low fertility free draining soils, provides the ideal “tension” required to grow outstanding Pinot Noir. For Mumm Central Otago Blanc De Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir grapes were hand harvested entirely from grower owned vineyards, located in differing sub-regions of Central Otago (45% Tarras, 27% Alexandra, and 22% Gibbston Valley). Grapes were whole bunch pressed extracting juice in the gentlest manner, preserving the fruit’s natural elegance. Parcels were fermented separately using natural wild fermentation or traditional Champagne yeast, in either seasoned French Oak cuves or stainless steel and left on ferment lees whilst undergoing full malolactic fermentation. The extended lees contact contributes to the aromatic complexity and the malolactic fermentation softens the acidity to add richness to the palate. Assemblage of the final blend consists of carefully selected components of Pinot Noir which show strength and intensity. A carefully selected amount of aged reserve wines were blended to add extra complexity, before secondary fermentation. The result is a cuvée that showcases the purity of aroma and flavour balanced by vibrant natural acidity, giving the wine brightness and elegance. • Gift Box pictured may not be available for all online orders.

Novum Pinot Noir
An opulent Pinot Noir made from select parcels of fruit showcasing its Marlborough origin gloriously. An aromatic wine with black fruit and spice on the nose. The palate is rich, also with black fruit, but a hint of red fruit to add unexpected freshness.Textural and deep, this will age for up to ten years with grace (although its ready to enjoy now). The fruit is 100% destemmed then aged in 30% new oak. Novum use small parcels of fruit from specially selected sites on established Marlborough vineyards to craft the best wines and expressions of terroir possible. Their first vintage arrived in 2016. Novums primary focus is on Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
