Barossa Wine Company Gravel Track Cabernet Sauvignon
Senior winemaker Jamie Saint, pursues his passion for the wines of the Barossa through the Barossa Valley Wine Company. He crafts wines of sophistication, each with the perfect balance of elegance, power and grace. Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through our historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. Brimming with blackcurrant and black cherry nuances and with layers of spice and tobacco on the nose, this is a powerful expression of the variety. Lashings of blackcurrant on the palate are complemented by lengthy, fine grained tannins and hints of cedar oak from twelve months ageing in French oak.

Two Hands Pictures Brave Faces GSM
Concentrated and intense yet built in an elegant framework. Grenache provides beautiful lifted sappy red fruits with floral accents, Shiraz provides mid-palate richness with some spicy overtones and Mataro rounds out the blend providing structure and savoury meatiness.
Turkey Flat Butchers Block Mataro Shiraz Grenache
The Butchers Block is a traditional Barossa blend made with grapes selected from the Turkey Flat vineyards, including some from the original old vine plantings. It is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre (Mataro). 'Part of the grapes come from the home vineyard that has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa, planted by Peter Schulz's great-grandfather Ernest Schulz. The wine has the drive, focus and intensity often missing from this Barossa blend; that said, there are both black and distinctly red fruit components, and the tannins are firm. Give it 10 years, then line it up with a top Rhone Valley example. Outrageous value' - Rating 94/100. - James Halliday.
Krondorf Founders View Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep red with purple hues. Blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with leafy notes. Concentrated varietal cassis flavours with hints of choc mint and forest floor. Fine structural tannins and spicy french oak support a strong core of expressive blackberry and blackcurrant fruit.
Sfera Shiraz
The lead into the 2021 vintage was a brilliant vintage at Wirrega Vineyard, with good crop levels of gorgeous, varietal and complex fruit. The fruit from the 2021 ‘Sfera’ Shiraz was harvested from our most southerly block (Block 1). Machine harvested at night to retain freshness, before haulage to the winery. For us ‘oxygen’ is a bad word while in the winery. Vinified in stainless fermenters, plunged twice daily, before pressing off skins on day 5 and transferring to stainless tanks. This ensures we capture the fresh flavours straight from the vineyard and make sure each bottle reflects our unique home. ‘Sfera’ Shiraz has excellent primary fruit intensity, while maintaining the herbaceous-ness and spice that is to be expected from our cooler region. Bold plum and chocolate flavours are met with notes of juniper and black pepper. This wine will reward up to 15 years of cool cellaring. Pair with steak, bold cheeses or a cigar and an open fire.
Peter Lehmann Portrait Rose
The Portrait wines embody the original promise Peter Lehmann made to the growers to make wines that show the true character of the Barossa. Collectively, these wines present a portrait of the region with a selection of the traditional varietals that made it famous. A vivacious wine, with balance and structure, made from dry grown low-yielding bush Grenache and a touch of Shiraz. The colour is a delicate salmon pink with an aroma of early picked raspberries and strawberries. It is a refreshing, dry Rosé style ideal for casual sipping or as an accompaniment to lighter food dishes - served lightly chilled and drink it while it is young and fresh.
