The nose reveal aromas of fine pastry, frangipane notes, candied citrus and fresh pear. On the palate this champagne is precise and generous, with flavours of candied lemon, almond, nougat and honey and a long finish.

Still very youthful, the quality French oak riding high in the saddle. This is a wine of excellent quality, ticking every box. Its texture and balance are admirable, the varietal character likewise.

It delivers a vibrant profile marked by white peach, grapefruit, and zesty citrus layered with a delicate chalky acidity. The nose is fine and elegant, while the palate offers freshness, precision, and youthful energy, all underpinned by subtle minerality and a long, poised finish. This wine beautifully expresses the site and the hallmark qualities of Margaret River Chardonnay.
