St. Agnes 5 Year Old Brandy is a richly coloured, full-bodied brandy. It is discernibly fuller-bodied than the Three Star. The Brandy is distilled according to the time honoured Pot Still process from specially prepared wine and then matured for long years in small oak barrels to ensure its pure clean perfection. The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.

Our Bespoke Gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)Layered notes of Juniper (organic), Coriander Seed, Fresh Lime. Cinnamon Bark, a hint of White Peppercorn and three cuts of Rose form the character of this gin and is ideal for sipping slowly over ice or in classic cocktails.Turner Stillhouse is nestled among the rolling hills of the picturesque Tamar Valley in Northern Tasmania, overlooking the Tamar River.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

Our classic Dry Gin is juniper forward, lightly spiced with coriander and pepper berry. The fennel links the softer notes of the cinnamon, angelica and orange to give this gin a great mouth feel. Enjoy in a classic G & T or on ice.

Our Navy Gin is bold yet balanced, full flavoured and complex Gin based on similar botanicals as our Dry Gin with a few little tweaks. This fuller flavour Gin will bring to life any cocktail with its Navy Strength complexity, but can be enjoyed simply over ice as a sipping Gin.
