Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

St. Agnes 5 Year Old Brandy is a richly coloured, full-bodied brandy. It is discernibly fuller-bodied than the Three Star. The Brandy is distilled according to the time honoured Pot Still process from specially prepared wine and then matured for long years in small oak barrels to ensure its pure clean perfection. The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. Created using our base spirit which is grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this artisan style Hopped Gin is a combination of the 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian pepperberries, lemon myrtle, and the renowned Tasmanian hop. A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.
