The Howard Park example has pristine aromas of crisp green apple and citrus flowers and a delicate intensely flavoured palate it is a pleasure to drink now or with bottle age.

Lark Hill sits high a top the Canberra District wine region, some 840m above sea level. This altitude allows their fragrant aromatic whites to truly sing. The Riesling is brilliantly restrained which can be tasted in the overt mineral nature of the wine. Lively citrus blossom with white flowers can also be seen.

In keeping with the Australian cool climate style of Riesling, the Murrumbateman Riesling is a particularly dry and refreshing wine. Flavours of lemon and citrus are complimented by notes of green apple. Murrumbateman Riesling is clean and fresh on the palate. Very refreshing to taste.

Harvested from 558 vines, clone Gm239, each vine was cordon cut and fruit was left hanging for a further 12 days. The result is a wine with flavours of honey and citrus blossom, full bodied with wonderful length with a hint of oak adds to the superb complexity. Fruit from Tasmanias smallest, most maritime wine region the Cradle Coast. Harvested in mid April, fruit was immediately pressed off skins with only free-run juice retained. Fermentation was ceased at the desired residual sugar level to ensure a total integration of wine components. Lees stirring also introduced during maturation for texture and aromatic depth. Winemaker Justin Arnold, has absolutely nailed this wine! It delivers plenty of lively acidity but also generous mid palate weight. Think lime blossom, mandarin, sea spray and green pineapple.
