Ghost Rock Cradle Riesling
Fruit from Tasmanias smallest, most maritime wine region the Cradle Coast. Harvested in mid April, fruit was immediately pressed off skins with only free-run juice retained. Fermentation was ceased at the desired residual sugar level to ensure a total integration of wine components. Lees stirring also introduced during maturation for texture and aromatic depth. Winemaker Justin Arnold, has absolutely nailed this wine! It delivers plenty of lively acidity but also generous mid palate weight. Think lime blossom, mandarin, sea spray and green pineapple. An oysters best friend!

Felton Road Bannockburn Riesling
An off-dry lower alcohol style, Felton Roads Bannockburn Riesling displays floral lift and fleshy stone fruit richness balanced by taut racy acidity. The fruit comes from Calvert & The Elms vineyards in the Bannockburn sub-region of Central Otago. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, with the ferment arrested when the desired balance between acidity, alcohol and residual sugar is reached.

The Eden Valley was chosen as the region for this Riesling due to the high altitude and cool climate that results in wines of intense aromatics and superb textural mouth feel. Flavours of apples, pears and bright citrus are commonplace. The Bin 51 has also shown a great propensity to age in the bottle extremely well.
O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling
