Morris Ruby
After crushing, fermentation and pressing the young wine is fortified with a low strength spirit . The vibrant style of fortified wine displays fresh youthful characters. Showing lovely floral, plum fruit aromas with soft berry flavours on the palate and a long lingering persistence. With 160 years of history and winemaking tradition, the Morris family of Rutherglen have earned the esteemed position as one of the most prominent winemaking families in Australia. When founder George Morris first planted vines near Rutherglen, in North-East Victoria, establishing an enduring family legacy. Under the guidance of David Morris, fifth generation and current Chief Winemaker, the Morris range of fortified and table wines continue to be masterfully crafted with the same skill and passion that has been our hallmark since 1859. A mature style, the Classic Range of fortified wines is all about freshness and varietal character balanced by subtle age complexity from time spent in barrel.
Adaptaur Reserve Barossa Valley Shiraz
Small parcels of the best quality fruit from the Barossa were chosen for this Reserve Shiraz – and it shows! It’s big, rich and mouthcoating...a ‘black red’ with some serious heft. Take that as a warning! The wine is named after a type of cattle (Hereford/ Shorthorn cross) bred for the harsh conditions of Australia’s far north, and has been crafted with steak in mind.
Loaded Barrels Barossa Valley Shiraz Petit Verdot
Sentiero dei Pini Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio is one of the most popular whites in the western world, loved for its refreshing, delicate flavours. Inland from Venice, the high altitude Adige Valley is home to some of the best quality examples in Italy, if not the world. This wine was made by local expert Giuseppe Secchi. He named it after a famous local vineyard - on a cone shaped hill that was once home to a Roman temple, approached by a spiralling path lined with pine trees. Cool climate fresh and truly thirst quenching, this wine displays crisp, pure, lemon and grapefruit flavours, a touch of ripe, white stone fruit and a sophisticated, minerally edge. It's a 'drink anytime' wine but perhaps best enjoyed as an aperitivo, with seafood, grilled fish or summer salads.

Flor de San Martín Garnacha Blanca
Spain’s Navarra is full of surprises, producing styles from traditional and oaky to the most modern and fresh. Flor de San Martín is certainly in the latter camp, a brilliantly zippy fresh white made only from grapes grown in high altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Little rain and these dizzy heights mean lovely intensity of crisp fruit and lifted herbal aromas – flavours that are unique to the region. This white will really get the taste buds tingling! It’s from winemaker Gonzalo Zelayeta, who works his magic at the modern San Martín de Unx winery, founded back in 1914. From hand-picked (impossible with machines) grapes and cool fermented, this is a refreshing glassful. Tops with seafood, salads and lighter dishes.
