Aroma's of pink roses, pomegranate and fresh strawberries. Hints of lavender and passionfruit. The palates delicious aromas carry through to the palate. Succulent and moreish balanced by natural acidity.

From Italy's northern Veneto region, the small addition of Pinot Noir provides the wines coppery pink hue. Subtle floral and pear aromas lead to a gentle palate weight with an underlying acid drive.

This Wild Ferment Pinot Noir is both delicate in nature and also generous in flavour with fresh cherry and rhubarb characters supported by smooth and silky tannins.
