This estate grown Blanc de Blancs comes from three amazing sparkling vineyard locations - Whitlands Plateau, Strathbogie Ranges and the Yarra Valley in Victoria. The complexity drawn from méthode traditionnelle is on show in this exclusive release. The Chandon Blanc de Blanc 2016 vintage has green edges and is pale yellow in colour. It has persistent mouse and fine bubbles. The nose has aromas of quince, lemon myrtle, green pear, and seaspray. The oak barrels provide a subtle cinnamon spice blend.
