M chapoutier Ermitage Le Meal Blanc
Moss Wood Chardonnay
Moss Wood is one of the oldest Margaret River wineries and has an enviable reputation for high quality, stylish wines that are true to place. Arguably one of the country's top ten Chardonnays, this is a wine that demonstrates finesse and elegance in equal proportions to intensity and power. Fantastically bold yet classicly proportioned, this is a wine to be savoured with fine fare and great friends.
Mount Mary Triolet Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Muscadelle
A classic and refined style with some citrus characters framed by bakery and subtle vanilla spice, the iconic Triolet is a classic Bordeaux Blanc blend, incorporating the three varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. It was first produced by Mount Mary in 1987. The varieties are fermented separately in barrel with complexity and palate weight gained from extended lees contact and fermentation on solids.
Domaine Michelot 1er cru
This wine is made from two parcels which are found on the border of the communes of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. The first, which is to the left of the Clos des Perrières, has clay/limestone soil and a subsoil of volcanic rock which allows a healthy root system to develop in this limestone-rich environment. The second is on the upper slope and overlooks the Perrières quarry. Here the soil is heavily limestone, partly as marl and partly as white rock. This is interesting for the way it brings mineral notes to the wine. During tastings it often find notes of white pepper and other spices both on the nose and on the palate.

Penfolds Reserve Bin 22A Chardonnay
Reserve Bin A Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is a wine produced by Penfolds, a well-known Australian winemaker. It is a single-region wine, meaning that it is made from grapes grown in a single area, in this case, the Adelaide Hills. The wine has a pale yellow-green color and a complex aroma of white tropical fruit, subtle reductive flint notes, and a touch of floral. On the palate, the wine is taut with well-integrated wood nuances, good acidity, and white peach, mineral, and saline notes. The finish is long and lingering with hints of lime. Reserve Bin A Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with food. It pairs well with seafood, poultry, and cheese. The wine is also suitable for aging, and can develop even more complexity over time.
