This expression offers twice the Sherry influence compared to Dalmore's standard 12-year-old, bottled at a higher strength to deliver a richer profile of sweet fruit and luxurious spice. Nose - Caramelised Orange, Ginger, Honey Quite the sherry influence. Raisins and dried plums. Cherries and loads of dark chocolate. Toffee too and coffee beans. Then it becomes slightly fresher, because of the addition of oranges. Palate - Dark Chocolate, Crushed Almonds, Cinnamon Honey and oranges. Black cherries and a lovely layer of dark chocolate, which is followed by some spices such as a touch of black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. A pinch of ginger too. Finish - Sweet Mangos, Panna Cotta, Lemon Sponge Sweet Mangoes, creamy Panna Cotta, accented by orange peel, and lemon sponge cake. Hints of cacao and coffee beans linger in the finish.

The White Oak Distillery is located in the city of Akashi in the Hyogo prefecture. This distillery received its distillery license in 1919 but only really began using it for whisky in 1984; prior to that it mainly (and still) was used for saké and barley shochu production. White Oak Akashi Red Blended Japanese Whisky is produced from both grain and malt whiskies. A light and fruity drink with hints of almond, peach, and grape.

Hussong's Tequila Reposado
Hussong’s Reposado Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for five months in used bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavour and delicate aroma. Aromas of vanilla custard, citrus and almonds lead to a hint of liquorice, fruity agave and toasted banana bread, the perfect mix of citrus and toasted oak.
Oyama Yumehibiki 3 Year Old Umeshu
Oyama Yume umeshu is made with Oushukubai plums from Oyama, which has said to be ideal for plum brewing, aged for more than 3 years it is characterized by a rich mellow taste and delicate bitterness. One of the best tasting umeshu available. The nose has hints of almonds, cantaloupe, dried apricots and marmalade. A velvety palate, delicate, sweet and flavours of plums, apricot, honey and almonds. A long finish, plum, honey, apricot, delicate bitterness, well balanced for the ABV.
