Palate: Brown sugar, burnt oak again (now with a touch of earthiness to it), lime marmalade. Finish: Rye bread and a touch of bitter grape.

Bayou Select Rum ( ) - DAMAGED LABEL
Bayou hails from Louisiana in the USA where they've been producing copper pot distilled rums since 2013. 'Select' is a blend aged up to three years in x bourbon barrels, made from a signature ‘sugarhouse’ recipe (unrefined Louisiana sugarcane and molasses). As a result, in some markets, like the EU, this can't actually be classified as as a rum.
