Zilzie, a stalwart of the vast Murray Darling region, have released this exotic Italian varietal from the Adelaide Hills as part of their Platinum Collection. Vibrant, bright and pale in appearance. Melon, pear, fig, sea spray and vanilla custard aromas. Rich and full-flavoured yet underpinned by refreshing, tightly-wound acidity, with layers of lemon, green melon and oatmeal, and a dry finish.
