It features delicious aromas of blackberry, cherry and spicy oak to create a wonderfully complex wine with a fine tannin structure and lingering palate.

Clean, crisp and fresh, this Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc displays intense aromas of honey-suckle, lime and green apple on the nose. On the palate, there is a depth of fruit, which is balanced with soft acidity to create a beautiful and refreshing wine. Flavours of passionfruit still on the vine, apple and lime zest with a hint of herbaceousness combine for a vigorous and delicious finish.

With freshness on the palate and a leaning towards a medium bodied Cabernet, this is a lively mix of red currant, cassis, and moreish acidity, with aromas of tobacco, cassis and bay leaf - this is a classic cooler climate Cabernet.

Selected bunches were hand picked by family and friends in the last week of March and gently crushed into open top fermenters. After 8 days fermentation the wine was then basket pressed into some new but predominately older French Oak Barriques for 18 months maturation and then bottled with minimal winemaking artifact, to capture the essence of the vineyard and will reward cellaring and decanting.

This McLaren Vale Grenache is bursting with ripe cherry and and raspberry fruit flavours, with a lush and concentrated palate and silky textured finish and supple tannins. This big red will pair perfectly with roasted meats and vegetables.

Sourced from the upper reaches of the King Valley. Fresh and crunchy. Classic grassy notes, asparagus spears and green passionfruit pulp aromas on the nose. The palate is immediately crisp, crunchy and fresh and shows flavours of citrus, gooseberries, passionfruit and river stones. All comes together with a crisp yet textural finish! Vegan friendly.

Malbec is really starting to hit it's straps in Australia and Limestone Coast is at the epicentre of Malbec growing. This is a beautiful example of straight-forward flavoursome Malbec at a cracking price. It has all the varietal flavours you'd expect - all juicy mulberry and briar, bit with the local minty/eucalypt flavours also displayed. The key is in it's approachability, it's just a great easy drinking wine, perffect for a wide array of foods.
