Clean, crisp and fresh, this Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc displays intense aromas of honey-suckle, lime and green apple on the nose. On the palate, there is a depth of fruit, which is balanced with soft acidity to create a beautiful and refreshing wine. Flavours of passionfruit still on the vine, apple and lime zest with a hint of herbaceousness combine for a vigorous and delicious finish.

Pale yellow with a green hue, this is a wine iof great length with aromas of grapefruit, peach, citrus, wet stone and flint with white fruit, citrus curd, and fine French oak flavours.

The quality of fruit and winemaking speaks volumes as to how this wine has turned out. Selected bunches were hand picked by family and friends in the last week of March and gently crushed into open top fermenters. After 8 days fermentation the wine was then basket pressed into some new but predominately older French Oak Barriques for 18 months maturation and then bottled with minimal winemaking artifact, to capture the essence of the vineyard and will reward cellaring and decanting.
