Turkey Flat Rosé is a blend of four varieties in which each adds it's own particular character. Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Perfect on it's own or matched with a plate of freshly barbecued prawns.

Shiraz is a variety that carries great significance in the Barossa Valley and as caretakers for some of the oldest surviving Shiraz vines in the world (dating back to 1847), we take immense pride in crafting this wine. Our highly acclaimed Shiraz has received numerous awards since its first vintage in 1990. However it’s the versatility of this wine, in the way it embraces both power and elegance that we are most proud of. Approachable in its youth or cellar for 10+ years.

The Butchers Block is a traditional Barossa blend made with grapes selected from the Turkey Flat vineyards, including some from the original old vine plantings. It is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre (Mataro). 'Part of the grapes come from the home vineyard that has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa, planted by Peter Schulz's great-grandfather Ernest Schulz. The wine has the drive, focus and intensity often missing from this Barossa blend; that said, there are both black and distinctly red fruit components, and the tannins are firm. A medium-bodied palate with red and black berries. Layers of spice, dark plum, cassis and berry fruit adorn the palate – pleasantly held together by fine tannins. Smooth & delicious.

The Barossa was blessed with good rain fall in the growing season preceding vintage 2022. Combined with a cool, dry summer, this made for ideal ripening conditions for our grapes. These favourable conditions have led to wines from this vintage having great balance of flavour and intensity. The wine shows a tightly woven complex nose full of spice driven florals, fresh red fruits and dusty cedar nuances. The palate is structured and long, with assertive tannins and a finish full of leather and spice characters.

A layered & thought-provoking blend inspired by the Rhône Valley. The underlying rich medley of fresh & roasted stone fruit is laced with toast and spice, with a crisp zesty hit of ginger on the lingering finish. A sophisticated wine ready to drink now with the ability to age well.

Mataro was brought to Australia by James Busby in 1832 from Perpignan in the Roussillon in southern France and has shown its suitability to the Barossa Valley climate exceptionally well ever since. The broad appeal to Mataro lies in its earthy ruggedness and ability to show finesse and structure. While often used as a blending component, at Turkey Flat we feel Mataro deserves to star in its own right as a single varietal

Like the Quinquina White, but its red and with a difference! Perfect on the rocks or try with your favourite mixer, even add some fresh cut fruit. We like it with lemonade, and even ginger beer.

This Australian vermouth was made for lazy sun soaked days! Perfect on the rocks or with sparkling water & a strip orange rind. Intense citrus with floral notes and a delicious, bitter kick to the finish.
