While one stepped on the barren lunar surface, the other stepped on rich terra rossa soils with the hope and determination to craft wines to rival the world's best. Taylors One Small Step Cabernet Sauvignon displays juicy blackcurrant fruits along with subtle coffee and savoury cedar flavours and a smooth gentle finish.

Taylors One Small Step Cabernet Merlot delivers flavours of ripe plum, red berries along with subtle liquorice and chocolate, finishing in a smooth and elegant fashion. This is such an easy-drinking, soft and approachable wine. There is wonderful flavour and richness but its not at all confrontinga bit like a red wine with training wheelsand a true little treasure!

Medium-bodied with seductive flavours of blueberries, cherries and dark plums. The French oak maturation provides subtle savoury, spice characters with a pleasing soft and silky texture to the mid palate. A long, persistent finish makes this a great wine for Spanish or games dishes.

Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

Selected for their uniqueness of character and outstanding quality, these Reserce Parcels represent the finest aspects of each vintage. This medium-bodied GSM (Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre) is full of fresh plum, dark chocolate undertones, hints of spice and a smooth, satisfying finish. Seductive in its youth this wine will continue to develop over the short to medium term.

From the grand masters in Port comes Taylor's 10 year old tawny from Portugal. It is derived from maturation in 630 litre casks and is noted for its delicate wood notes combined with gentle scented, sweet ripe red fruits. Displays lovely fresh lemon, spice, floral and caramel notes with a hint of honey. Drier than typical Aussie tawnies, but very enjoyable with power and a very long finish.

This is the quintessential Australian blend. The oh-so enjoyable combination of plum fruits and spicy pepper make it the perfect wine to take to a BBQ or your favourite pizza parlour.

There is a delicate perfume of Kirsch and dried strawberry with underlying dried bouquet garni. This is a light to medium-bodied wine with a supple yet generously flavoured palate.

The Taylors Well Natured range of organic wines are crafted using certified organic fruit with minimal intervention to show off the very best of what Mother Nature intended. This well-balanced, medium-bodied wine displays ripe berry fruits, hints of mint, and an elegant satisfying finish.

This year it's Riesling's turn to shine and no one is doing a better, zestier wine than Taylors. St Andrews Riesling is a true labour of love that is hand-crafted from individually selected parcels of fruit that are grown on the family estate vineyards. This particular Clare Riesling vintage is still tight and restrained with a linear focus to the palate and purity of fruit flavours. There are lashings of fresh lemon/lime juice characters up front and a slate-like minerality across the mid-palate. It is backed up by a persistent and refreshing lime acid finish.
