Taylors One Small Step Shiraz

The 20th of July 1969 is a significant day in history: not only was it the day that astronaut Neil Armstrong took one small step on the surface of the moon, but also the same day Bill Taylor travelled to, and first set foot on, what was to become their renowned family vineyard. While one stepped on the barren lunar surface, the other stepped on rich terra rossa soils with the hope and determination to craft wines to rival the world's best. Taylors One Small Step Shiraz is a medium bodied wine with a lively palate of juicy red berry fruits, fine gentle tannins and a soft silky finish. This is an immediately approachable wine that exhibits all the hallmarks of classic Australian Shiraz with a core of rich varietal fruit and a vibrant spicy character that just begs to be drunk!
