The 20th of July 1969 is a significant date in Taylors history; not only was it the day that astronaut Neil Armstrong took one small step on the surface of the moon, but also the day that Bill Taylor set foot on, what was the become the renowned Taylor family vineyard. While one stepped on the barren lunar surface, the other stepped on rich terra rossa soils with the hope and determination to craft wines to rival the world's best. The wine has tropical aromas of passionfruit and guava with a hint of freshly cut grass. This wine has a crisp and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and some herbaceousness across the mid-palate. There is a naturally delicate, cleansing acidity to the wine with a soft, persistent finish.

Teases aromas of nectarine, white peach, and pear, with hints of lime, melon, and subtle tropical notes. French oak adds layers of savoury biscuit and creme brulee, while a delicate flint reduction caresses the youthful bouquet with charming complexity. A touch of honeydew and toast lingers on the finish, hinting at further complexity with age. This is a medium-bodied, refined Chardonnay with a beautiful balance of delicacy and generosity. The palate reveals layers of juicy white peach, lime and subtle sherbet-like citrus wrapped up in creamy French oak. The result is heavenly bliss, fresh vibrant fruit framed by crunchy acidity with a silky and graceful finish. The warm 2024 vintage has delivered a wine of both elegance and power, with a long, lingering finish. Enjoy it with creamy vegetable soup, pumpkin risotto, and chicken in a creamy garlic sauce. It's crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar to 2034 under ideal conditions.

This wine is generous and rounded at first with juicy, deep berry compote fruits then yielding to a tightly woven frame of firm yet generous tannins. There are alluring, coconutty oak and fine dark chocolate characters, with a deep, soft centre of ripe berry fruits. Elegant acids and light, long tannins carry the palate to deliver a lingering finish.

Clare Valley icon producers, Taylors, have hand-selected small parcels of Shiraz fruit from their premium vineyards in the region to produce a Shiraz of real concentration and beauty. Winemaker, Mitchell Taylor brings this full-bodied red to life with bold, ripe fruit and plush, firm tannin. Will comfortably cellar the next 5 years, yet will reward those who can't wait that long to enjoy intensity of this wine with a robust meal.

This Cabernet Sauvignon gives pronounced flavours of chocolate, red berries and black cherry skins with echoes of light tobacco and bramble on the finish.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

From the grand masters in Port comes Taylor's 10 year old tawny from Portugal. It is derived from maturation in 630 litre casks and is noted for its delicate wood notes combined with gentle scented, sweet ripe red fruits. Displays lovely fresh lemon, spice, floral and caramel notes with a hint of honey. Drier than typical Aussie tawnies, but very enjoyable with power and a very long finish.

Vibrant pink in colour, the nose has lifted, fruit aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry with hints of watermelon and faint musk. Delicate fruit flavours with lively acidity keep it refreshing on the palate, with a dry finish.

Selected for their uniqueness of character and outstanding quality, these Reserce Parcels represent the finest aspects of each vintage. This medium-bodied GSM (Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre) is full of fresh plum, dark chocolate undertones, hints of spice and a smooth, satisfying finish. Seductive in its youth this wine will continue to develop over the short to medium term.
