Imminently approachable and deliciously fresh, Taylors Discoveries Chardonnay is a pale straw with a slightly green hue, with fresh, lifted aromas of peach and subtle tropical fruit characters along with touch of citrus. Mouth-filling whilst still embracing a light and delicate texture. Refreshing tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.

Taylors Discoveries Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant crimson red, with lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and a touch of herbaceous notes. A bouquet of subtle cedar characters from the oak maturation add complexity which works well with its medium body and gentle palate of juicy blackcurrant fruits. Silky smooth mouth feel and a lingering finish.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

From the grand masters in Port comes Taylor's 10 year old tawny from Portugal. It is derived from maturation in 630 litre casks and is noted for its delicate wood notes combined with gentle scented, sweet ripe red fruits. Displays lovely fresh lemon, spice, floral and caramel notes with a hint of honey. Drier than typical Aussie tawnies, but very enjoyable with power and a very long finish.

Selected for their uniqueness of character and outstanding quality, these Reserce Parcels represent the finest aspects of each vintage. This medium-bodied GSM (Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre) is full of fresh plum, dark chocolate undertones, hints of spice and a smooth, satisfying finish. Seductive in its youth this wine will continue to develop over the short to medium term.

French oak adds layers of savoury biscuit and creme brulee, while a delicate flint reduction caresses the youthful bouquet with charming complexity. A touch of honeydew and toast lingers on the finish, hinting at further complexity with age. This is a medium-bodied, refined Chardonnay with a beautiful balance of delicacy and generosity. The palate reveals layers of juicy white peach, lime and subtle sherbet-like citrus wrapped up in creamy French oak. The result is heavenly bliss, fresh vibrant fruit framed by crunchy acidity with a silky and graceful finish. The warm 2024 vintage has delivered a wine of both elegance and power, with a long, lingering finish. Enjoy it with creamy vegetable soup, pumpkin risotto, and chicken in a creamy garlic sauce. It's crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar to 2034 under ideal conditions.

Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

Vibrant pink in colour, the nose has lifted, fruit aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry with hints of watermelon and faint musk. Delicate fruit flavours with lively acidity keep it refreshing on the palate, with a dry finish.
