The Aromantiques GSM combine seductive cherry blossom, black plum and cinnamon in a masterful blend of McLaren Vale Grenache, Langhorne Creek Shiraz and Barossa Valley Mataro.

The tannins are energetic, fine grained, slightly puckering in their youth and are held up with layers of tobocca and cedar coming through from the french oak. The wine is powerful, youthful at release and has imposing character yet behind that a vale of delicacy and grace persist on the finish. Should cellar easily 10 years, possibly much longer.

This Cabernet Sauvignon gives pronounced flavours of chocolate, red berries and black cherry skins with echoes of light tobacco and bramble on the finish.

A great drop of summer wine, this Taylors St. Andrews Chardonnay has a ripe citrus and stone fruit aroma with a subtle, flinty note. It's sweet-spice and vanilla oak lift add complexity while the taste of plump fruits and refreshing citrus tanginess to finish.

The 20th of July 1969 is a significant date in Taylors history; not only was it the day that astronaut Neil Armstrong took one small step on the surface of the moon, but also the day that Bill Taylor set foot on, what was the become the renowned Taylor family vineyard. While one stepped on the barren lunar surface, the other stepped on rich terra rossa soils with the hope and determination to craft wines to rival the world's best. The wine has tropical aromas of passionfruit and guava with a hint of freshly cut grass. This wine has a crisp and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and some herbaceousness across the mid-palate. There is a naturally delicate, cleansing acidity to the wine with a soft, persistent finish.

The ultra premium wines are the true expression of the winemaking talents and terroir in which the fruit in grown. The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

This wine is generous and rounded at first with juicy, deep berry compote fruits then yielding to a tightly woven frame of firm yet generous tannins. Elegant acids and light, long tannins carry the palate to deliver a lingering finish.
