A relatively new addition to the Taylors range, the Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon is part of a range that includes some of the best in the Taylors lineup of fine wines. Elegant with intense fruit flavours of cherry and cassis along with hints of mint, cedar and spice.

A touch of honeydew and toast lingers on the finish, hinting at further complexity with age. This is a medium-bodied, refined Chardonnay with a beautiful balance of delicacy and generosity. The palate reveals layers of juicy white peach, lime and subtle sherbet-like citrus wrapped up in creamy French oak. The result is heavenly bliss, fresh vibrant fruit framed by crunchy acidity with a silky and graceful finish. The warm 2024 vintage has delivered a wine of both elegance and power, with a long, lingering finish. Enjoy it with creamy vegetable soup, pumpkin risotto, and chicken in a creamy garlic sauce. It's crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar to 2034 under ideal conditions.

This wine is generous and rounded at first with juicy, deep berry compote fruits then yielding to a tightly woven frame of firm yet generous tannins. There are alluring, coconutty oak and fine dark chocolate characters, with a deep, soft centre of ripe berry fruits. Elegant acids and light, long tannins carry the palate to deliver a lingering finish.

Winemaker, Mitchell Taylor brings this full-bodied red to life with bold, ripe fruit and plush, firm tannin. Will comfortably cellar the next 5 years, yet will reward those who can't wait that long to enjoy intensity of this wine with a robust meal.

The St Andrews Cabernet from Taylors has fine tannins and opulent cassis and fresh blackberry fruit are combined with cedar oak notes that make for a lovely drinking wine for now or something for the medium term section of your cellar.

This Cabernet Sauvignon gives pronounced flavours of chocolate, red berries and black cherry skins with echoes of light tobacco and bramble on the finish.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

There is a delicate perfume of Kirsch and dried strawberry with underlying dried bouquet garni. This is a light to medium-bodied wine with a supple yet generously flavoured palate.
