Taylors Discoveries Shiraz is a deep red with a vibrant purple hues, showcasing lifted fruit aromas of red currant, plum and a touch of spice. Subtle chocolate flavours and savoury characters from the oak maturation add complexity which balance perfectly the rich plum and spice on the palate. Soft and fleshy, with a silky smooth finish. Short term cellaring will reward, however able to be enjoyed immediately.

The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

A great drop of summer wine, this Taylors St. Andrews Chardonnay has a ripe citrus and stone fruit aroma with a subtle, flinty note. It's sweet-spice and vanilla oak lift add complexity while the taste of plump fruits and refreshing citrus tanginess to finish.

Deliciously crisp with flavours of fresh passionfruit. green apple and gooseberry along with a hint of freshly cut grass.

This wine is generous and rounded at first with juicy, deep berry compote fruits then yielding to a tightly woven frame of firm yet generous tannins. There are alluring, coconutty oak and fine dark chocolate characters, with a deep, soft centre of ripe berry fruits. Elegant acids and light, long tannins carry the palate to deliver a lingering finish.

Imminently approachable and deliciously fresh, Taylors Discoveries Chardonnay is a pale straw with a slightly green hue, with fresh, lifted aromas of peach and subtle tropical fruit characters along with touch of citrus. Mouth-filling whilst still embracing a light and delicate texture. Refreshing tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.
