Minimal intervention is used during the wine making process, allowing the true characteristics of each vintage and the vines to speak for itself. Clean, crisp chiselled fruit with a long dry finish make the St John's Road Peace of Eden Riesling a wonderfully elegant wine, ideally for immediate drinking but will cellar up to medium term.
