This Cabernet Shiraz Blend has a brick red colour with rich, complex aromas displaying dark berries, cherry, chocolate and liquorice undertones. Expect full-bodied flavour of cassis and blackberry supported by hints of pepper and spice. Pair it with some roasted lamb and vegetables or try it with a selection of cheeses and dried fruits.

The Thing range is Sorby Adams' flagship Shiraz. It is sourced from a vineyard above sea level in Eden Valley. The low-yeielding crops produced wines that had rich aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and wild cherry with hints of warm spices and vanilla oak. A beautifully balanced wine with a length finish.
