Lark Hill have a history in the Canberra District region of over 30 years and today that legacy has been continued on by founder's Sue & Dave Carpenter's son, Chris. Lark Hill Canberra Region Shiraz
This is a medium-weight Shiraz of immediate drinkability. A blend of Dark Horse Vineyard and Hilltops fruit, it is full of ripe, red berry fruits and subtle spice. The palate has fine tannins supporting the core of sweet fruit and the result is a wine that will reward cellaring but does not require it. Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan-suitable.
Lark Hill Biodynamic Grüner Veltliner
Lark Hill have been the pioneers of this traditional Austrian variety. It was back in 2002 when Jancis Robinson visited the vineyards and stated that Lark Hill was the perfect place to grow Grüner Veltliner due to its overall terroir. With links to bio-dynaimc farming already being established, Chris Carpenter thought it was the obvious connection to begin making Grüner. Wonderfully fragrant with more than a hint of spice, Lark Hill's Grüner has a lovely textural component to it as well making it an ideal match white fish, shell fish and subtle charcuterie.
Lark Hill Biodynamic Chardonnay

Lark Hill Biodynamic Riesling
Lark Hill sits high a top the Canberra District wine region, some 840m above sea level. This altitude allows their fragrant aromatic whites to truly sing. The Riesling is brilliantly restrained which can be tasted in the overt mineral nature of the wine. Lively citrus blossom with white flowers can also be seen.
Lark Hill Biodynamic Shiraz Viognier
The Canberra District has quickly established itself as the Australian home of Northern Rhône style reds, and most notably Shiraz Viognier. With the cool-climate and the elevated nature of the Lark Hill Vineyards, the extra viscosity attributed to the addition of Viognier to the Shiraz as well as the fragrant lift, work perfectly for this wine.
Lark Hill 'Canberra Region' Pinot Noir
Lark Hill Dark Horse Vineyard Roxanne Petillant Naturel Non-Vintage
The Lark Hill Dark Horse Vineyard Roxanne Petillant Naturel NV is produced using Grenache rosé and at the very last moment possible, the winery transfers the fermenting wine to bottle, capturing the fizz produced by the yeast. No chemical additions, no sulphur - just grapes, sunlight, and happy yeast to produce this bubbly drop. The resulting dry and crisp wine is bright pink in colour with refreshing bubbles. Being a Pét Nat, there is still a little lees (solids) in the bottle. Either give to bottle a gentle stir to serve cloudy, or stand it upright in the fridge overnight to let it settle clear.
