The GlenDronach Revival Aged 15 years now returns to the core range of the distillery’s line-up. The expression embodies The GlenDronach’s signature style of Spanish Sherry Cask maturation in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, quietly growing in stature for 15 years in the darkness of our dunnage warehouses. In flavour, the expression offers sumptuous notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate and manuka honey with an enveloping, memorable finish worthy of this monumental malt’s history. This luxuriously sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour. Nose: An intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur. Palate: Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado. Long and enveloping finish with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters, and dark chocolate.

Each year Master Distiller, Billy Walker, specially selects a handful of individual cask from the warehouse at GlenDronach Distillery, to be bottled as the GlenDronach 'Limited Release'. With maturing whiskies dating back as far as 1968, there is a vast selection of barrels, hogsheds, puncheons and butts to choose from. Each of the casks display truly remarkable characteristic - the malt whisky contained within having developed exceptionally during the long maturation process. Individually numbered by hand, each vintage release is an exclusive one-off, with only a limited number of bottles available. These exceptional expressions are a fantastic representation of the style of whiskies maturing in the GlenDronach Distillery warehouses, and are smooth, well balanced and tremendously complex. Each dram is guaranteed to delight and inspire. This single cask was matured in Oloroso casks for 28 years. A deep walnut brown in colour, aromas of raisins, cinnamon and crème caramel. On the palate are more raisins, muscatels, walnuts and of course rich sherry flavours, with Christmas spices of cinnamon and cloves. This superb, richly sherried single malt has been matured for at least 28 years in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon. Distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2022, this is a luxurious example of the finest sherry cask matured Highland Single Malt Whisky. Non-chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled at cask strength 52.9%, this GlenDronachSingle Malt Whisky is a full bodied dram.

The GlenDronach Grandeur Batch 12 is sure to be no exception, with its exceedingly rich, exuberant and full-bodied sherry cask style, crafted from a bespoke selection of our oldest and most magnificent Oloroso sherry casks. The GlenDronach Grandeur Batch 12 is bottled at 49.2% ABV, and as is the case for all expressions, develops its deep colour naturally over time from the Spanish oak in which it rests. Dark mahogany in colour, the nose is a rich and magnificent overture of sherry aromatics seamlessly flows into seductive cocoa, damson plum and glazed cherry. Spiced bramble and succulent dates meld harmoniously with walnut and fine arabica coffee. On the palate a luxurious symphony of raisin and dark plum enrobed in cocoa and treacle. Cherry brandy and espresso crescendo into the triumphant grand finale, With a richly rewarding tobacco and sherry-soaked walnut finish.
