De Bortoli Rococo

'DE BORTOLI'S Rococo is one of the best-value sparkling wines there's also a rosé but the blanc de blancs has a fine acidity, a creamy midpalate with biscuit notes, ripe fruit and a sweetness on the finish. It punches above its weight for the price, which means plenty of Christmas cocktails can be concocted. Simple yet delicious: drop a sugar cube into a flute, drizzle in about two teaspoons of cassis, let it soak for a minute, then add two tablespoons of cranberry juice and top the glass with the Rococo.' - The Saturday Age, Melbourne 15 Dec 2012, Jane Faulkner.

De Bortoli Deen Vat 1 Durif

While Durif is not widely grown in Australia but has a loyal following nonetheless. De Bortoli Deen Vat 1 is an excellent example, showing typically deep colour and lots of rich, ripe fruit supported by firm tannins. Perfect when paired with a thick cut steak and roasted vegetables.

De Bortoli Windy Peak Pinot Noir

Undoubtedly one of the best value Pinots on the market. Bright cherry aromas on the nose, De Bortolis Windy Peak Pinot Noir is light to medium bodied with a hint of violet and juicy cherries on the palate. High acidity well balanced with subtle dusty oak, which leaves an impressive lingering finish. And outstanding summer drink at a modest price!
