With next to no skin contact, only the free run juice was used for this Rose wine, obtaining a perfect pale pink hue in colour. Clarified before fermentation and kept at cool temperatures, we retained the vibrant fruit characters that are primary in the fruit, strawberry, plum, and watermelon. The result is an elegant wine, fresh to the nose and fine on the palate.
