They are carefully combined over time, to give the right complexity of character, spiciness and sweetness; whilst maintaining the overtones of the acclaimed, small batch Single Malt Whisky Lark is now famous for.

Vodka

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Husk Distillers North Coast Bar Series Spiced Bam Bam Rum

Australia's first spiced agricole rum. Designed to reflect the salty coastal rainforests of the North Coast of NSW, Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged sipping rum. It is then infused with whole native & traditional botanicals including wattleseed, native ginger, citrus (mandarin & orange), cinnamon quills, Tahitian vanilla beans and sea salt. Tamborine Mountain Distillery Australian Herbal Liqueur

Bold complex aromas and flavours of forest herbs, apple mint jelly, eucalyptus honey, and pepper with a satiny, racy, moderately sweet medium-full body and a warming, subtle, long finish with notes of menthol, minerals, and pepper. Ink Sloe & Berry Gin

Sitting at the traditional Sloe Gin strength of 26% alcohol, Ink Sloe & Berry is a lower-alcohol option for those who want to drink less and enjoy more, and is perfect for sipping on the rocks. Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour.
