Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery. It is micro distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs and distilled six times. A gin that is ever changing and makes an exciting addition to any gin collection. The seasons are ever changing it could be Rhubarb, Cherry, Sloe Berry or Elder-flower. Depending on the season and the fresh produce we can grow on the farm or source locally. For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.

The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. Weve left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.

Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Capricorn rum Liqueur Queenslands finest sugarcane is harvested, crushed and refined to produce a beautiful, thick molasses that is at the heart of our pot distilled rum. Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways. We suggest serving it neat, over ice, with cream, ice cream or mixed with espresso for a true hit. Yummy

Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

The Craft & Cos Collingwood Dry Gin is an ongoing conversation with the seasons. We are always juniper forward, true London dry style, with native and traditional botanicals.
