Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australias only stillmaker. Complex, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of fresh apple and mint, each bottle is individually marked with the distillation date, bottle and batch number, and is perfect for sipping neat or as the base of your favourite cocktail.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

St. Agnes 5 Year Old Brandy is a richly coloured, full-bodied brandy. It is discernibly fuller-bodied than the Three Star. The Brandy is distilled according to the time honoured Pot Still process from specially prepared wine and then matured for long years in small oak barrels to ensure its pure clean perfection. A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish. Best served in a tankard over ice, with cola and a slice of lime.
