Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka. The purity of the spirit is enhanced with the addition of spring water sourced from deep within the aquifers of the Southern Highlands. An easy drinking vodka that has a subtle vanilla sweetness on the finish.

Depending on the season and the fresh produce we can grow on the farm or source locally. For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.

Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilly pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish provided by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.
