Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australias only stillmaker. Complex, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of fresh apple and mint, each bottle is individually marked with the distillation date, bottle and batch number, and is perfect for sipping neat or as the base of your favourite cocktail.

The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. Our classic Dry Gin is juniper forward, lightly spiced with coriander and pepper berry. The fennel links the softer notes of the cinnamon, angelica and orange to give this gin a great mouth feel. Enjoy in a classic G & T or on ice.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish.
