Four Pillars Gin worked with the QANTAS Rockpool mixology team to create the second release in their Bartender Series - an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice, one that is truly a spirit of Australia. Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka. Ink Gin gets its unique colour from the deep natural infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower. Depending on the season and the fresh produce we can grow on the farm or source locally. For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.
