Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

100% Tasmanian and 100% unique. Made from carefully harvested 100% Huon Valley Pure Mist Droplets, native Tasmanian pepper berries and sweet citrus. Our Gin produces an aromatic and subtle peppery taste, smooth on the pallet and perfectly balanced when served with a twist of lemon or lime. Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals. Layered notes of green cardamom, fresh lime and lemon, juniper (organic), coriander, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

First ever vodka in the world to be peat smoked. Using Tasmanian Peat from the North West Coast of Tasmania which has almost identical climate and weather conditions to that of Scotlands west coast. This spirit captures all of the unique qualities of our sheep whey vodka and infuses them with the pervasive character of Tasmanian peat smoke. This results in a balanced sipping Vodka. The spirit is divisive; yet elegant.

Tasmanian Coastal Gin, 12 botanicals that uncover an abundance of wakame seaweed from the chilly Tasman sea. Complex and layered, it has aromas of seaweed, ocean spray and fresh rose petals with saline notes, nori and jasmine.

Sweetness, citrus & spice, this unique gin screams of native myrtle, wildflowers & fennel, whilst offering a smooth palate derived from the addition of locally sourced cream prior to distillation. Its Old Tom, but not as you know him.
