From our meticulous approach to selecting only the finest peated barley sourced from Inverness, Scotland, Hellyers Road has cemented its reputation as being Australia’s foremost peated whisky producer. Our peated grain is sourced from Bairds Maltings in Scotland – renowned for supplying many of the peated whisky distillery icons. This release represents our passion to continuously craft world class peated single malt whiskies of incredible distinction and quality. A gently, but distinctly peated whisky with a blended mash bill of unpeated Tasmanian malted barley and traditionally peated malt, aged for seven years in first fill American Oak ex-Bourbon casks. A “gateway” peated single malt - luring in many who, until trying it, thought they did not like peated whisky.

Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.

This sophisticated rosé sparkling boasts alluring complexity and a vibrant character. It's moderate salmon-pink in colour with a hint of crimson and a lively yet fine, persistent bead. The 2007 vintage displays enticing aromas of lifted fresh red berries complemented by oyster, field mushroom and toast. This is a low-dosage style with structural elegance built around fine tannins and an acid backbone, which is seamless and persistent. The red wine and oak structure of this wine make it a great companion to rich and complex food pairings. With an extraordinary 9 years and 10 months in Tirage, this beautifully poised Tasmanian Rosé sparkling displays a complex balance of fruit characters, savoury notes and a fine acid backbone. Bosque Verde is Spanish for green forest and this is the name of the farm where the bulk of the barley is sourced.This whisky is matured in ex-Port American oak barrels for no less than two years and is bottled at 46% abv. Hobart Whisky Signature is a marriage of small carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. A satisfying light ex-bourbon cask single malt that delights with a solid malty foundation, some gentle spice and a long, complex finish. Tasting Notes: Nose Freshly baked apple pie with cinnamon, raisins, sweet crust pastry and vanilla custard. Palate Marzipan icing with hints of vanilla bean over malty and clean oak foundations. Fizzy sherbet overtones lend this classic bourbon cask dram a lovely zing and brightness. A couple of drops of water serve to sweeten the sensation and open some subtle floral tones. Finish Long and clean with a lingering semi-sweet sherbet fizz with hints of almond providing a very pleasant semi- dry conclusion.

After maturing for years in South Australian red wine casks, our Muscat Finish Whisky spends additional time in richly flavoured South Australian fortified wine casks. These European oak casks held muscat for at least 20 years, and impart bold flavours of dried fruit and fine tannin.
