These Willamette variety raspberries are grown in the deep south of Tasmanian, in the foot hills of our world heritage Mount Field National Park at the Westerway Raspberry Farm, owned and operated by the Clark family for over 25 years. These raspberries, originally from the north-west of USA are a sweet and juicy variety, great for jams, juicing and of course gin ;). Dalrymple Vineyards was established in 1987. Situated in the heart of the Pipers River region of north-eastern Tasmania, almost equidistant from Launceston, Scottsdale and George Town. Dalrymples own vines are planted on sloping hills that overlook Bass Strait, and they also have access to vineyards in other parts of the State. This Single Site Pinot Noir comes from the Coal River Valley, just outside Hobart.

With fruit from vineyards on either side of the Tamar Valley, this wine shows why everyone is mad for Tasmania Pinot Noir. Deeply coloured and with a heady perfume of flowers and dark cherries, it has concentrated berry fruit flavours with satisfying charry oak, velvety tannin and a long finish.
