Derwent Estate Calcaire Chardonnay offers a complex bouquet of lime, nuts and gentle spice. This modern style of Chardonnay offers a creamy palate of citrus fruits and white pears enhanced by hints of butterscotch and fine grained oak. The finish is clean and marked by citrus flavours.

Forty Spotted Gin sets a new standard in local distilling, steeping traditional gin botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel with a rare Tasmanian native spice to create a refined and elegant tipple quite unlike any other.

The heart of Tasmania, the Central Highlands region, boasts glorious scenery and dramatic built environment. With over 3000 lakes connected by running rivers, it captures the purity and excitement of Tasmania. Highlands is a refreshing and crisp Gin, with notes from the unique blue cypress to the bright fruitiness of the grapefruit, orange and buchu, all while an ever present mint note lingers over the palate. The sweet earthiness of ginger, cubeb pepper and grains of paradise add a gentle bite of piquancy while chamomile provides weight and sweetness. Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Our handpicked sloe berries were foraged across Tasmania in late summer and left to rest in our heavenly gin before being bottled for you to enjoy.

Triple Distilled.OCD vodka runs through a process that yields only to time, with longer than normal fermentation periods to allow the development of a deep, rich flavour profile.The distillation process then pulls back the layers, to allow for a smooth tasting liquid. A final filter to ensure that only the best is allowed to leave the bond, bottled with a wax seal to ensure quality.Using grain from the Riverina, the Vodka is developed from the same fermentation process as OCD Whiskey, which is reflected in the flavour and character filled taste of OCD Vodka.Triple distilled and then run through a custom made filter, the liquid is then bottled in bond, ready for the final lucky ones.Aroma: A warm and toasty fragrance of malted barley, cereal grains, roasted almonds and aromatic oils.Tasting Notes: An initial burst of grainy sweetness followed by a long and warming finish, with notes of butterscotch, star anise and bush honey.
