These Willamette variety raspberries are grown in the deep south of Tasmanian, in the foot hills of our world heritage Mount Field National Park at the Westerway Raspberry Farm, owned and operated by the Clark family for over 25 years. These raspberries, originally from the north-west of USA are a sweet and juicy variety, great for jams, juicing and of course gin ;). With a very short shelf life and harvest season (4-6 weeks) you have to be quick to get your hands on the real thing, but if you miss out, don’t worry…. we have the next best thing :).

Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. We've left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.

Manly Spirits Marine Botanical Vodka is distilled like a Gin, without the use of any Juniper. This has resulted in an incredibly smooth Vodka that is absolutely reflective of the ocean and Australian beach culture. Locally foraged Beach Cast Kelp and Sea Parsley keep the ingredients list simple but flavourful. This Botanical Vodka is truly special, and truly Australian.

In the glass: Fine straw yellow with a very slow release fine bead. On the nose: Nectarine and peach over hazelnut with leesy richness. On the palate: Intense and elegant with white peach and white strawberry umami plus fine elements of flint, struck match and velvety roundness under a bright, racy frame of acidity.
