Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australias only stillmaker. A gin that is ever changing and makes an exciting addition to any gin collection. The seasons are ever changing it could be Rhubarb, Cherry, Sloe Berry or Elder-flower. Depending on the season and the fresh produce we can grow on the farm or source locally. For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.

Platinum Cane Spirit is made from sugar cane syrup and boasts fresh, light hypnotic elements resulting in an sensory tactile experience. For complete clarity the distillate is filtered through Cairns Tablelands volcanic rock.

This exquisitely balanced spirit ringing with tones of citrus and juniper, rounded off with a lychee fruit finish, and concocted specially in her honour? On second pass the fragrance of suppressed juniper and citrus tantalise the taste buds with a sweet lingering lychee fruit finish to round out the finish. The wild bush lemons on Lord Howe Island descend from the fruits of the early settlers. They were planted to help sustain them during the long periods between passing ships.
