This new Australian premium rum, has been commissioned by the rum artisans from Queensland's iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel namesake bar. Substation No. 41 Rum Bar is home to one of the biggest rum collections in the world, housing over 500 different rums. The collective expertise of the rum artisans from this bar has been bottled to deliver a top shelf Rum.
Punt e Mes Aperitivo
Punt e Mes is an Italian vermouth, dark brown in color and has a bitter flavour. Punt e Mes literally means "point and a half" in Piedmontese, referring to the flavor being characterised as one point of sweetness and half a point of bitterness. It can be used as a substitute for regular rosso vermouth in drinks such as the Manhattan. Punt e Mes has a strong, distinctive flavour, half-way between regular rosso vermouth and Campari.
Tengumai Umajun Junmai
Meaning delicious, Umajun has complex aromas of vanilla and crushed nuts, a warming, creamy texture and citrus crispness on the finish.
Bob's Cardamon Bitters
