Nestled in the foothills of the picturesque Cooley Mountains lies Ireland's only independent and award winning whiskey distiller; Cooley Distillery. With natural water from nearby Slieve na Gloc mountain and by using locally sourced cereals it is the perfect place to produce world class Irish Whiskey.

First blended in 1829 in the small Irish town of Tullamore in County Offaly, Tullamore DEW takes its name from one of the earliest influencers of the newly established distillery, Daniel E Williams (DEW). It is still one of the most famous Irish whiskeys due to its light and elegant flavours that are best savoured over ice.

Teeling's Small Batch consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-Flor de Cana Rum barrels imparting an extra sweet, smooth and slightly woody flavour unique to Irish Whiskey. Renowned for their vision in doing things differently, Teeling bottles this small batch at 46% with no chill filtration, creating an Irish Whiskey of true character.

To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

Nose: This nose is bursting with delicious creamy honeycomb, caramel, candied almonds and unmistakable undertones of smooth Irish whiskey. Palate: Opens with a healthy whiskey influence, immediately followed by incredibly creamy vanilla and caramel, with honey and candied almonds at the end.

A liqueur that truly appeals to the Irish Whiskey lover; all the finest qualities of whiskey amplified with luscious honeycomb sweetness. On the nose it is full of cinder toffee, honeycomb, vanilla & old fashioned cream soda. There are flavours of honey & caramel balanced by whiskey & gentle vanilla spice. Its gorgeous finish is long, sweet & very smooth, making it the perfect after-dinner drink, cocktail ingredient or simply add some ice & enjoy!

Ireland's most famous distillery have branched out and things just got zesty. Introducing Jameson Orange. The smooth taste of triple-distilled Jameson Irish Whiskey, perfectly balanced with notes of zesty Orange flavour. On the nose it boasts exceptionally well-balanced aromas of zesty peel and juicy orange citrus fruits, with sweet whiskey undertones. The palate is delicate, smooth and full mouthfeel with distinctive notes of orange zest as well as spicy, nutty, sweet vanilla. The finish is clean with a sweet orange aftertaste.

Fresh Citrus is distilled with zesty botanicals including fresh grapefruit, lemon, limes, and oranges as well as rosehip and spicy fresh ginger. The result is a fresh and vibrant spirit of unique character, busting with citrus brilliance and perfect for pairing with soda or tonic water, over ice with a juicy wedge of fresh pink grapefruit.
