Veuve Clicquot has been producing fine quality Champagne since it was founded in 1772. In 1810, Madame Clicquot broke new ground by creating the first vintage Champagne, made of grapes from one single harvest. Veuve's non vintage is consistently rated in the top handful of NV Champagnes and delivers a powerful bubbly with a rich mouthfeel. Perrier-Jouet is one of France's most historic and distinctive champagne houses. With over 200 years of producing elegant floral champagnes from the chardonnay grape, the Perrier -Jouet family has an obsession with quality. Since the 18th Century, the champagne house has only had 7 Cellar Masters. In the mouth the wine is fresh, tangy and invigorating with a mineral intensity on the finish. This is a vivacious wine of immense energy and vitality.

Mumm 4 is a striking, modern reinterpretation of the champagne maturation process breaking all the traditional codes associated with champagne. This mature wine is clearly labelled to show the number of years spent on the lees rather than any specific vintage year. The look: Exuberant bubbles with reflections of gold, showing discrete maturity. The aromas: Complex ripe aromas of yellow and white fruit, peach marmalade and buttercream alight entice. The taste: Fresh, lively and rounded, yet with a tension that plays right through to the finish.
