The wine comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft 'La Cuvée', a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in our cellars. Laurent-Perriers style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Purity, freshness and elegance - essential characteristics, expressed in this champagne - are a good introduction to the spirit of the House.

Cuvée 4·5 is a unique blend from Maison Mumm that brings together Chardonnay (40%) & Pinot Noir (60%), all coming from Grand Cru vineyards. Mineral & lively, Verzenay’s Pinot Noir brings to the wine generous & fruity aromas, while Pinot Noir from South-facing vineyards Aÿ & Bouzy add strength & vinosity to the blend. Chardonnay from Cramant offers delicate & tangy citrus notes, well-balanced by the incisive & sharp Chardonnay from Avize. Pressed & vinified separately, those five Grand Cru are then blended while adding reserve wines (20%). The expedition liqueur, produced exclusively from the same Grand Cru, is the final touch of this Cuvée. Aged in cellars for 4 years and made from five Grand Cru, the name of the wine stems from those characteristics: Cuvée 4·5.

Pale straw colour nuanced by amber in the core. A complex nose showing perfumed peach and light honeyed pear aromas. The spirited mousse evolves on the palate with a freshness from Chardonnay and developed complexity led by Pinot varietals. The origin of the House dates back to 1812, created by André Michel Pierlot, it will take the name of Veuve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, widow of Eugène Laurent decides to combine the two family names while she ensures the development. Eugénie Hortense Laurent, his daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, née Lanson, in 1939. The 2012 Vintage is the choice of an exceptional year from which only a selection of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Grands Crus will enter into a future iteration of Grand Siècle. It is a rare and outstanding wine that expresses the character of the year in the Laurent-Perrier style. Laurent-Perrier very rarely makes vintages, declaring less than one out of two years compared with the market average of over three out of four years. The wine is white gold in colour with a fine sparkle. A flowery nose of great complexity, with notes of citrus and white peaches. A wine that is very present with a lively attack and great finesse with good minerality and notes of grapefruit on the finish. The Vintage 2012 pairs well with seafood and noble fish as well as with poultry or veal. This wine sublimates hard pressed cheeses such as a young Comté or a Beaufort.

Created in homage to Louise Pommery, daughter of Madame Pommery, Cuvée Louise is a wine of exceptional and absolute purity which expresses the quintessence of the knowhow of the Maison Pommery.Cuvée Louise finds its origin within three grands crus; Avize, Cramant and Aÿ - true gems of the Champagne region.The 2006 vintage, uniquely available in half bottle size, expresses all its lightness and delicacy with subtle minerality. The harmony is perfect. Aromas of white flowers are wonderfully associated with hints of prunes and white peaches, creating a silky and fine effect. It embraces the palate with grace and elegance, the finale is long and tense.

The Collection blend is dominated by Chardonnay which was of exceptional quality in the 2017 vintage. The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes lend the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by subtle oaky notes. The palate is rich and ripe with a luxurious texture that coats the palate, the signature of an outstanding Chardonnay. The Pinot noir and Meunier grapes from the Vallée de la Marne complete the wines broad, luscious, smooth and juicy character. The finish is energetic and fresh.
