Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Aged for four months in new American oak. Caramelised pear on the nose, agave, butterscotch and vanilla on the palate. A light fruit finish. Velvety smokiness throughout.

Don Primo Anejo Cristilano Tequila 750mL The origin of the "Don Primo" brand revolves around the colloquial spoken greeting between friends, who when meeting greet each other asking "how are you Primo?" in English "how are you going good?" Our foray into Cristalino (Crystal Clear) Don Primo does have three varietals Silver, Reposado, Anejo which are related to the length of the aging in various barrels, in this case, Oak. Once aged the Anjeo "Don Primo" is triple distilled and filtered the result is a very clear spirit Tequila which is almost clear has a soft Oak scent and a light Oak taste with a genuine 100% Agave flavour.
