Cincoro Blanco Tequila is crystal clear, the aroma is slightly sweet, with light vanilla and notes of fresh and cooked agave. The palate is incredibly smooth and complex, vanilla notes and citrus fruits, lemon, lime and grapefruit are prominent. The finish has more of the citrus and agave notes with a light peppery twist and a sweet finish.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Don Fulano tequilas are made from agaves grown by fifth generation agave growers in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. They are then distilled in the valley town of Tequila. The blanco tequila, packaged in a stunning bottle, is elegantly complex with notes of butterscotch and aniseed.
