The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. All-in-all, it's a very versatile wine that pairs well with many cuisines.
